It looks like rumors of a new Citadel paints range for airbrushes was correct. Here are some early pictures of what to expect.

General GW Rumors

It doesn't seem that they are intent on changing the design of their paint pots, which may come as a concern to some long-time airbrush users who prefer other paint pot configurations. I also don't know if they will be releasing their own airbrush to go alongside those, but it seems likely. These perhaps replace some of the paints that went missing recently, but that remains to be seen. It may be pre-thinned, reducing the need for the dropper bottles.

The AoS new releases prices are up as well, along with the air range costs. They seem to be similarly priced to the regular paints.

Horus Heresy/30K

Additionally we're hearing whispers of the new 30K - it should be an official Games workshop Product line with its own logo and will not necessarily be Forge World associated. This means we should be seeing things fit in plastic and there are rumors of a starter set much like we have seen for 40K, Fantasy, and AoS in the past. This starter set is rumored to be either Imperial Fists vs. Iron Warriors or Ultramarines vs. Word Bearers. If it is indeed Word Bearers and Ultramarines, it may be the Battle for Ultramar which is exciting. I have also heard that it could include two asymmetrical forces and be designed around a boarding action, one force is the invader and the other a defending force. This could make for some pretty exciting play and intodruce a lot of people to the 30K universe, which can only be a positive.

We have been needing an update for a long time in the CSM codex, and it just may be coming soon, I'm told. It's long overdue and hopefully puts them back where they belong in the power scheme, or at least reduces the point cost of a few units. There are rumors of a new Daemon Engine to accompany this release. This is all in addition to the rumors we’ve all been hearing about a Tzeentch Daemonkin codex, too! Chaos might just yet get the boost it has been looking for.

My friend Scott got very excited by my 28mm Roman project. So excited he's been amassing an army of his own. I have to paint them though...
